Big Stone Cliff loop (same as last Saturday). Legs were heavy and the run seemed to take all day. I didn't have a watch of garmin but it was slow. Headed up to SLC for the day and won't get another run in. Going to watch the pathetic Jazz tonight in a box seat. I'm not too thrilled to be going but oh well.

Sounds like a good course to run- let me know if you do, even if I am much slower it could be a good confidence builder for me. I want to keep my run Saturday to 15sh anyway.
