50 min's on the elliptical. Went to the chiro again with little progress or faith in his work. Battling a spring head cold too. Having a hard week.

36 mile ride at 21.3 mph avg. Same airport/ sunriver ride as last week. Battled wind on every westbound leg but kept it solid throughout. Tried to stay relaxed and not overdue it as so I'm ready for another bigger ride tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about the training struggles. You will bounce back. IMHO you should put your focus on biking and swimming and then lastly running. I did the full Ironman in 2012 and I was so tired after the swim and bike that I only ran about 1/3 of the marathon. I should have focused more on biking. You can still run 2-3 times a week. I think the extra biking and swimming will help your "running parts" recover a little. Good luck and just remember that I probably don't know what the heck I am talking about.

yeah more time on the bike would be good.

The thing about biking and swimming more and running less (besides in your decrepit condition!) is that running is awesome and the other two are dumb!
