Ran outside today. Did 8x1 minute on offs, followed by 4xhills. Paces for my fast minutes were anywhere between 5:15-5:50 pace but mostly around 5:30 pace. I kept my slow minutes about 7:30-8 pace. My ap for slow and fast miles for 2.25 miles was 6:30. After this I did 4x200m hills. Felt great today. Loved doing the on off minutes bc it is fun to go fast. (Need to do this one more) |
