Back in the states!!! sad to be done with vacation but happy to be back where its not 90 degrees and 80% humidity. Anyway- got up and did my last speed workout before the marathon. Did 1000, 800, 1000, 800 with 2 minute jog in between. Splits were 3:27 for first 1000, 2:43=800, 3:24=1000, 2:39=800. Was tired by the last one of these, but they felt fast. Glad to see I didn't lose too much speed by going on vacation. |
