I'm back!! So since having the baby I have probably ran/jogged 5-6 times. I wanted to take it easy until my 6 week appt which was yesterday to really start running. (I've had some issues so I wanted to get the ok from my dr. before really running) I'm so excited to be back running and I slowly want to get back into top shape as it has been almost 6 months since I have ran. I have missed it terribly. Anyway, today I ran on the treadmill-I wanted to ease into it and my mile splits were 10:30,8, 7:35 and 6:50 for the last one. (I wanted to work the last one) It was kind of hard-but not terrible. So excited to be back running!!! |
