10 miles this morning with a little speed. I'm starting my speed and tempo this week. I did only 1 mile at speed and 1 mile at marathon pace. Nothing too crazy, a nice good run. I felt good at the end and could have easily pushed the pace further, but I don't want to injure myself. I'll ramp up little by little. Did some push, and sit ups as well and hit the heavy bag for awhile in additon to the weights.
