10 miles with a little speed.  Push ups and yes, sit ups.  The ribs didn't feel a thing.  Weights and the heavy bag.

A good work out.

10 miles at 5:00 a.m. in Enoch. It was nice to run at my old stomping ground, even if it was too early to see anything. I had my reflective vest on and head lamp.

10 mile back at the frog this morning.  Push and sit ups, weigts and the heavy bag.  A good work out.

My body seems a little more tired then it did at 9 miles a day.  I usually don't feel it, but I've been tired.

10 miles this morning.  A smell of rain was in the air.  The wind hadn't quite picked up yet, so a very pleasant run indeed.  I pushed the last few miles and it felt goooood.

250 miles Vomero.

10 miles.  I'm pleased with my 60 mile week.  The body feels good.  No problems with the ribs and the achilles (or however you spell it) is feeling a lot better.  I did a little speed this week, but not much.  I was a little hesitante with having taken off a little time for the ribs.  I didn't want to do too much too soon.  I've been there before and it always gets me injured.  I think that's why I hurt my achilles.  I went from not running much in two weeks to back where I was before the injury and that in turn gave me another injury.  I hate how that works, but I know better.

I'm excited for next week.  I'm going to officially start the speed and tempo runs, baby steps!!  It's going to be a little touch with Easter weekend.  It's a busy time for me at work, but I'll just have to get up early.

Did the push and sit ups as well.  Did the weights, ( the biceps and triceps are getting bigger!)  Finished it off with the heavy bag.

260 miles Vomero.
