9 miles to end the week. To bad I skipped a day this week. Now I can't ramp up to 10 a day next week. I'd better stay at 9 miles a day for one more complete week. I hate set backs.
On a better note. The ribs felt pretty good today. They are still tendor, but they didn't effect my push ups, runnings, weigts or heavy bag session. I'm still hesitante to do sit ups.
I think I'll bump up the speed a little next week. Breathing and pain doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. I think I'm healing. It well probably be a few more weeks before I'm completely healed, but at least I getting back after it again. 148 miles Vomero.
