Tuesday night I was playing Basketball as I usually do. As always I'm a little hesitate, because it seems like I get hurt every now and again. I took a nasty elbow to the left side of my ribs. I was going up for a rebounds and someone was coming down. After it was all said and done, he said it felt like his elbow hand sunken about half way into my chest.
It hurt pretty bad. I don't really care about the pain. I'm just mad because of the set back to my training. Anyway, I'm done with basketball, it's not worth it!!!
It got up early this morning to see about putting in a run before work and my ribs hurt too bad. I hope they aren't broke!! I broke two ribs on my right side about 3 months ago!!
So I didn't run in the morning, but I ran tonight instead. I ran 8 mile at a 10 minute per mile pace, I pretty upset. I tried half a sit up and gave up. The push ups and heavy bad wasn't too bad. |
