Brothers got a little too much holiday cheer around the mid section. 5 mile run at 7:30 per mile. Push and sit ups, weights, and heavy bag.

I need to develope some kind of a training goal for 2010.  I'll try getting into the St. Geogre marathon again, but as I've learned, don't get your hopes up.

I'd like to mix it up.  15 miles a day last summer was a bummer and I don't know that it got me anywhere.  A 100 mile bike ride (race) sounds fun.

5 miles this morning.  Pretty sore from Mondays heavy bag session.  I hadn't done high leg kicks in awhile.

Worked the bag, weights, push and sit ups.

Figured I'd better do one last run in 2009.  5 miles this morning.  I'm sure there's going to be a few running nuts out there running at midnight or logging  insane distances today, in honor of the new year.  More power to them.

5 miles at 7:30 per mile. Ramped up on the weights,  hit the heavy bag for awhile.  Push and sit ups.  I was throwing the leg kick over the head today.  I'm not very limber, but I'm getting there.

I'm starting to feel a litte under the weather, I hope I'm not coming down with something.

New shoes.  Asics Frantic 4, 5 miles.
