I have a department physical fitness test next Wednesday, so I decided I had better get in a little training before then. Today was the first work out sense Saturday's marathon. I started with push and sit ups and weights. I warmed up with minutes on the elipticall, it felt pretty smooth. I finished off with two miles on the treadmill. 8 minute miles. It didn't feel too painful. The calves started stiffening up towards the end. |
