6 mile run this evening. I also did push ups, sit ups, weights and hit the heavy bag for awhile. I'll have to take it easy on the bag. I hurt my wrist hitting it and ankle kicking it. I'm trying to get in running shape here, kicking the bag isn't worth a hurt ankle. It's a little counter productive, but it's sooooo fun. Kicking the poop out of something that can't kick back makes me feel sooo touch. |
