Bumped up to 9 miles this morning. Not very much fun running in the wind and with cracked ribs. I was hoping I would feel a little better today, with not having ran Sunday. I didn't, it felt the same. It's been one day shy of a week sense I hurt my ribs and they still feel the same, which says to me it's probably more then bruised ribs.
Anyway, I'll keep trotting along at 10 minutes a mile. Did some push ups (they hurt), no sit ups! Hit the heavy bag and pushed some weights.
I'll be in SLC training with my department the rest of the week. I probably won't be back in Bullfrog or comment until Tuesday the 17th. |
