8 miles today. 2 miles of speed. Nothing too outstanding, but I'm trying to rest a little with Logan next week.
Hit the weights, push and sit ups, heavy bag. I may have worked the arms a little too hard between the weights, push ups and this weeks wake boarding.
Finally perfected the switch on the wake board yesterday.
Left hip a little sore for the last couple of days. I don't think it's anything to worry about. |
