I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

went running whyle at camp. thats cold hard proof that im much more dedicated to xc this year! I have always always always had trouble running when the team wasent meeting but my goal this season is to not miss a single fudgin run! it was tough! 9000 ft at 7:20 pace

i dident run quite as much as i should have but i did do some intence mile races durring the relay races up in the mountains. i also did lots of other intence raceing like swimming kayaking, bikeing and stuff.

quick run after getting home from camp. buisey day but i had to do someting! it felt good. my hip flexor is getting sore again. i'll do the stuff coach told me to do.
