I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

trail run was good, but last half was bad. all the ups and downs with me not running for a long time made me cough up some barf but it wasent too bad

trail run out by green springs. my stomach felt weird again but kept up with the guys. a really pretty run, but i wasent able to get to many looks except for the ones of the trail right in front of me.but the biggest news of my life.......................

Ghuld!!!!!!      or however you spell it. i learnd who ghuld was, is and will be and was privaliged to see his face for half a second. nobody would have realised it were him if it werent for corey who spotted him.

it was hard to decide to run today but after what happend durring christmas break i knew i couldent slack off. i have now done 2 consecutive saturday runs which is pretty good for me! i dont plan on ever missing another saturday run though. i decided im more dedicated to my team for that. the run was really really good though! i averaged around 7 00 for my miles, and on my last mile i felt really good and just ran race pace and finished my run at 27 minutes. it felt perfect outside! i was suprised i ran that hard because i literally ate dinner right before i ran! the end

went out on turtle trail today for one of the best runs of my existance. no big deal guys.... but seriously i just kept on going faster and faster. i stoped to enjoy the natural beauty of my suroundings haha! i seriously wanted to go another mile! i pretty much decided then and there that i truely did love running. it took me long enough haha yah i dunno, i just felt something out there on the trail i never felt before! this passion and stuff....ok enough gooey feelings and crap haha yah overall the run was pretty nice!

this. run. was. epic. haha ok maby not like way epic but still way fun! ran out kinda where i went yesterday. it was the watertower run or something, and it felt nice! i really enjoyed it! but the highlight had to be coaches story the last mile and a half or so! hahhaha! poor coach would have been eaten by thoes hippos if he haddent jumped in that ladys truck ( the bed of it......)

the first 3 miles were probably a little tiny bit tougher than the last 3..... the fact that we went up like literally a thousand feet for the first half might have had something to do with it but i dont know..... haha;) no but really it was tough and hard but in a good way! these trail runs are fun! i hope trail run thursdays become permanant now on. i can tell they are helping with my form as well. dang ive really noticed a difference in my whole take on running since monday! i am excited for longer runs and enjoy them! i think i'll keep this attitude and determination haha!

was going to go out on a run but (my mom thought) the weather was too unpredictable, so instead did 40 minutes of a program like p90x and did some core excersises as well

afternoon was super awesome! in a different sort of way haha we did up shanobkibe or whatever whyle it was rainy (my favorite running weather) it hardly felt like the 7 miles it was

if yesterday dident feel like 7 then today definanly dident feel like 8!! when we were at 5.5 miles i was like woah allready!?!? i just felt good that run! had a race with colton and jason, i lost but then again they had like a 200 m head start and i caught up with them again so if you think about it i pretty much won.....yah...good run! albino i believe its called

lower distance day which is nice. just a nice, easy, fun run out to target and back. 

we did striders after which were also nice and quick! 

tonight we played basketball for a hour and a half then i ran home from the church so that is definantly at very least another mile

3 miles for the morning run. it was hard to start up, but we were talking about how xc was the best team at pv so that kinda inspired me i guess to get thrugh it just fine.

6 miles in the afternoon at a trail by ivins! it was tough but fun! my legs were really tired thoug, and it was dificult at times. this distance week is getting to me, or maby its just the morning run.

ok my legs are getting tired! i might ice bath. ive got a shorter distance tomorow though haha! 5 miles:) i remember when 5 miles was like way way long! now its a short run! im kinda proud of how far ive come (not to be big headed or anything haha)

am: nice and cold. stretched shirtless outside afterwards and that felt great. found out my body fat is 4% and yes coach i am 6 ft .5 in i dont care what you might think!

pm: nine miles felt supriseingly quick. ran shirtless supriseingly! its feburary and still running without a shirt
