had a nice easy 4 mile run today. hit some nice paces on the dirt mile. felt some sharp pains in the side and up where the neck meets the shoulder. ive been getting used to it. ran about a mile at kids club. it was hot and everyone was geting anoying except me;) my hip flexor still feels a little sore post run. i dident do my double today because i ate some jerky (homemade) ...lots of it...like 15 peices and my crap is... crappy and my tummy hurts. i also havent been drinking lots today accidentaly. i just realised that. i also had a 32 oz soda today too. saw this online but havent watched it yet but it looks good! ill watch it when my internet connection gets better. its a xc season thingy or something. dang it wont let me copy paste! well this tablet isent as good of a computer as a actual computer.....weird. oh well go to youtube and search "cross country running - The Anthology" and the cover is a image of the start of a girls race i belive. ya but watch it! i know i will someday! thank you, and....................... goodnight |
