AM: Matt, Reed, Brandon and Mike. Did "The Mother" loop. Loafed this morning around 7:10 avg. Stomach felt weird all through the run and I definitely was a tighter and fatigued more than I wanted to be this morning. Thought taking it easier a bit would be the right call rather than try to push. I was right. Feel really good now... Weights: Chest and Planks... LUNCH: Gorgeous overcast when Ben M. and I headed out to do a run. Seriously felt colder than this morning. Easy miles with 10X130meter(approx) strides in between mile 2 to 3. Felt really good. Training is spot on being a month away from AF. Good luck to everyone @ Ogden and Fargo this weekend. Excited to see the results...
