AM: Met @ Reed's house. Showed up too late. Missed the group. My own fault. 10 miles first half easy. Second half picked it up to 6:15 avg. pace. Felt really smooth actually. Daily improvements... Weights: Dips, Calves and Planks... LUNCH: A little over 6 miles with Ben M.(7:20's avg) along the MT. Pretty hot outside. Good double today...
