PM: Finally feeling like I can get my health back. I have had the flu for two weeks. Worst sickness I have had in a long time. Easy out and back this evening from the house. Felt a twinge in my left hammy. Hope its nothing serious...
AM: Same out and back. About a mile into it my left hammy was really tight. By the end of the run, I was in trouble. Gonna have to figure this out. Not good again.
AM: Tried to go about 4-5 today. After mile 3 my right hamstring and calf were so tight it hurt to run. I walked/ran the rest of the way. It sucked pretty bad. Pretty frustrated but this is the journey...MIH
