AM:  Outer loop around Central Park this morning.  Fun race atmosphere as a run for life group put on a race today, I think around 5 miles that ended on 72nd street.  Weather was gorgeous.  Central Park is an amazing place to run.  The outer loop has everything for training.  8:10AP  Solo effort...MIH
