Today I did a little bit of a warm up in the school and then a little bit more outside. Then I went back inside and did strides. I did 2x8 strides. They felt good. I like being able to run and get my heart rate back up, that's the hardest part of not running. We also did a few weights. My legs are very sore but that is just because I am out of shape. It's all good soreness no aches or pains that are worrisome so that is encouraging. Tomorrow I'll do some pool running and hopefully I can be back in shape in no time. I just have to remember to be patient so I don't hurt myself. |
