Today I did a lap around the school for a warm-up which is about half a mile and then I did some strides in the hall at the school I did 8 of them. 4 of them I gradually increased the speed. Then for a cooldown I did another lap around the school. Then I went in the weight room and did a little bit of upper body stuff. I'm getting less and less tired every time I workout so maybe I can start doing a little bit more. |
