Did just over a mile warm-up then some strides and then a mile time trial. I did it in 6:25. Then we did a cooldown. I felt good about the mile because I did it in training shoes and I did it after having worked 20 of the past 24 hours with no sleep. At the end of it I felt like I could have kept going at the pace. I think I need to keep working on developing my speed and the times will come down lots. Afterward I took an icebath. |
