I ran to the gym from my house the long way. It was just under 5 miles and it took me 39:55. It was really hot outside but my leg didn't hurt at all. I also biked for 30 minutes and did conditioning.
This week I'm going to add in cross training and conditioning.
Conditioning each day will be:
3x10 push-ups
3x30 sit-ups
3x50 lunges
3x1 minute arm swings |
