| 3 miles warm up after the drills and form mile so like 4.5 miles total.
Did alright on the track workout today, stomach was feeling a little sick. Still I stuck with the group and got through it and then did a 2 mile cooldown with Robby. Then weights were alright today. Tomorrow I will go for a long run with Jake.

| 8.5 miles of windy death, it was so windy, it actually was almost knocking us over at some points. When it was sideways it was hard to breathe, kind of like when your on a super fast roller coaster. Overall just tough run haha. | Comments(2) |

| Form mile and then went for a mile with everyone, then ran 7 more with Jake and then we did 10 striders and the weights and then I ran to the showers. So tired. Tomorrow is the track party so that will be really fun, I get to do a rootbeer mile. And we are doing relays. I got 103% on my first college test/exam!!! It was for sociology and I'm happy with that! Now I will focus my attention on the first psych exam next friday. That one is tougher because its an online course. Note to self: never take an online course again.

| Form mile and then a run with Robby, Aaron, and Michael Finch. The last part just with Mike because we did less. I also did an extra lap so that I could get to 8 for the run with the 10 striders. Then we did our 10 striders which were pretty tough cause we don't get much rest. I have a 4x600m race and a root beer mile coming up tonight so that's going to be really fun!
Root beer mile in 8:07 for 8th place, not bad haha. It was terrible and I threw up a few times but I had a lot of fun, 4 laps and 4 cans of root beer! Also did the 4x600m and I was at 60 at the 400m which is great considering everything, the last 200m I waned a little, the root beer wasn't liking it. | 1.5 mile drills and form mile 3 mile warm up. Workout today I did amazing, I averaged the 2nd fastest splits out of all the guys in my group, which has a total of 12 guys, a couple are injured, a couple dropped off throughout the workout, 5 guys finished the workout. Only Robby averaged faster than me so that was really good! I feel like I'm really getting in shape now, I'm still a long way away from getting to top shape but I am progressing nicely, and I'm already over 50 miles this week so that's really cool, probably going to get 58 or so for the week, I might end up with 60 though because I'm running with Jake tomorrow and he's at 10 per day. | 8 miles with Jake, I felt good and we ran fast, averaged 6:23 but Jake went 5:18 for one mile cause he's a jerk haha, I went like 5:30 for that mile. I'm feeling pretty strong right now! | Add Comment |
