Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
8.5 miles of windy death, it was so windy, it actually was almost knocking us over at some points. When it was sideways it was hard to breathe, kind of like when your on a super fast roller coaster. Overall just tough run haha.

Thanks! When we run on our we usually go easier, my body is holding up well besides being constantly sore from coming back to track workouts haha
