| Forgot to record whatever I did in the last couple weeks, but it wasn't much, running wise. My new goal is to run 3 days a week (15 miles/week) bike twice a week (25 miles/week) and then saturdays will be either basketball or a long run/ride, but a couple hourse worth of exercise. Ran the 5 miles today, averaged 7:10 pace, but the heartrate was kinda high, like 168 average. Gotta do some good consistent work to get back into better shape.

| Well, this day didn't go how I thought it would, so I only got 3 in (at 10:30pm lol) instead of 5, but I'll get 2 in tomorrow evening, so I can get that weekly goal

| Played ball in the morning for a couple hours, but I had to get the weekly mileage goal, so I went on a nice evening run
I'm a little more sore this week than I hoped I would be, but that's ok, all part of the path back
