This workout started out terrible, ended great. It was 5x2 mile repeats, at 5:30 pace.
The first repeat was flat, slightly uphill, with a headwind, then a big headwind for the last half mile. The next repeat was more uphill, more headwind, and I was just hurting and it was not good at all. I only went up .6 instead of a full mile on the third repeat before I turned around, and as soon as I turned around, I felt sooooo much better! It was great! totally nailed the last 2.7 repeats haha.
