Great workout. 4x1600m repeats. I went 5.13, 5.18, 5.18, 5.19. I was really happy with the consitency of the effort, and it felt good to get some speed in. This was one of those workouts where I really did not want to do it beforehand, but as the workout progressed my mentality got better and better, and it just went really well.
