Good workout today, 10x3 min repeats at 5:30-5:40. The repeats felt really good, really smooth, the last couple I felt like I was about to puke, but I didn't, so that was good. I think it's good to train with that sensation because it's almost guaranteed that I'll feel like that on race day. The shoes I wore, the escalante racers, felt great. I'm not sure if I should wear those or the vanish, I keep going back and forth
