Forgot to record whatever I did in the last couple weeks, but it wasn't much, running wise. My new goal is to run 3 days a week (15 miles/week) bike twice a week (25 miles/week) and then saturdays will be either basketball or a long run/ride, but a couple hourse worth of exercise. Ran the 5 miles today, averaged 7:10 pace, but the heartrate was kinda high, like 168 average. Gotta do some good consistent work to get back into better shape.
