I walked 1 mile on my treadmill as a warm-up at a pace of 3.0-3.4 and an incline of 4-12 for about 0.5 of the miles. Next I jogged 2 miles at a pace of 5-5.5. The run felt fine, but my leg muscles and joints were rusty since I haven't jogged for several weeks since injuring my calf. I then walked 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 3.5 miles. I did a few sets of push-ups and sit-ups after jogging. |
