I walked 4 miles at the Capital high school track. At home I walked 1 mile on my treadmill at a pace of about 2.5 and an incline setting of 12, before jogging 1 mile at a pace of 5.0 to 5.2 at an incline setting of 0. I then walked 0.5 miles as a cool down. During the jog my left calf that had previously been sore/tender felt fine. Total distance today was 6.5 miles. |
