Sleep: 5:30 am to 12:30 pm (I went to bed by 3:15-3:30 am but I couldn't sleep).

I jogged 2 miles on an ISU treadmill. My pace was between 5.4 (at the beginning) to 6.4 (on my final lap).

I jogged 3.0 miles on an ISU treadmill at a rate between 5.4 to 6.4. My final time was 29:30. I also walked 0.25 miles on the treadmill. While studying, I walked 0.5 miles.

I jogged 4.0 miles on an ISU treadmill at a rate between 5.4 to 7.0. I had to reset the treadmill after 30 minutes (this took about 15 to 30 seconds), but my overall time was probably about 38:30 (not counting the reset time). I also walked 0.25 miles at an incline for a warmup.
