Sleep: 4:00 am to 11:45 am Cycled for 10 minutes at 6-7 reistance and 90+ rpm. After cycling on a standard stationary bike, I jogged 1 mile on an ISU treadmill at a pace of 5.4-6.0. My right knee popped while I was running my first lap, and it was painful. I would have gone farther but the gym closed, and all of the treadmills were previously occupied, (which is why I was on a bike for 10 minutes). |
