Warmed up a mile with greg and logan.
1. 4:53 very fast but felt easy because of the steep downhill.
2. 5:07 still fast but felt good.
3. 5:36 still feeling good 15:37 3 mile split.
4. 6:10 mostly up hill mile.
5. 6:04 still a pretty hard mile.
6. 5:47 still feeling pretty good, starting to get a stomach ache.
7. 5:54 little bit slow, but still doing good.
8. 5:41 still feeling good.
9. 5:36 thought I'd be getting tired by this point but still felt good.
10. 5:44 good mile, pretty bad stomach ache now,
11. 5:53 I think this mile was mostly up hill, trying to keeping going stomach really bothering me.
12. 5:31 pretty fast mile still not feeling that tired.
13. 5:34 good mile, legs still feeling good.

Overall felt really good about this race. I think I'm still learning how to race this long of a race, but big pr and really didn't feel that tired. Legs never tightened up like they did in the only other half I've ran. Cooled down around a mile with greg and logan.
