Just a normal run with coach harris and one other guy from canyon view, but i felt horrible. I woke up feeling sick today and I definitely did'nt start to feel better on the run. 6:41 average.

Different route than yesterday but still just ran around my neighborhood. Started out slow just like yesterday and picked it up later in the run. 6:51 avg.

Ran from my house to CVHS track (probably less then .5 miles). Ran until I got to 1 mile, then decided to pick it up for a mile and did it in 5:25, jogged another mile in 7:36, then did another 1 mile pickup in 5:15. Stopped after the second hard mile and walked for awhile then jogged another 1.25 miles. Overall, felt good and felt like I could have even gone a little harder on the hard miles. 6:52 average for the first for miles. Pretty good considering I didn't stop in between any of them.
