Total of 5 miles fast. Did three starting at 5:20 pace, then all-out in the last quarter (67). Then did two miles fast, the first uphill in 5:42, the second starting at 5:20 pace with the last quarter in 61. The purpose of this workout was to work on speed, and to see how much faster I could hit the last quarter if I slowed down the first three miles.
