Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Got out and did some longer miles with Bum and Rufio. Went over the Red Holls Parkway connecting to the last few miles of the marathon course. Foot, knee, hip all with issues. (Motion III: 123)
