Was great weather and great company.  My preparation for running hard just isn't part of the routine so today was a nice run.  Enjoyed chatting with Jolls and Bum.  The new cupless thingy was very different and probably not preferred.  Somehow that hill at the end needs to flatten out.  Was a great surprise to have the family at the finish line.
