| AM: Got out this morning for an easy 3 around the duck pond. Temps chilly, but mot overly. PM: I had class at 4 so I parked at rhe school and hit up 10 down uvu road and then back on state street. Left tendon started acting up around mile 7 so I slowed down to 6:50 pace. Overall great run. I ran the last mile with paul tryimg to get him going on running. :) |

| PM: I took things a little bit too fast with my new shoes and developed some slight tendonitis in my left foot. So today I just doctored my foot up a bit and jogged really light for a mile. Pain is moderate, it dosnt feel too severe.

| PM: I picked up the pace this after noon as I ran around the temple and down on the provo river trail. It is really really pretty down there by the trail this time of year. Temps in the low to mid 60's, that is what im talking about.

| Ive been hitting the gym every morning rotating my "runners" work out with a core work out and I think I over did the squat a bit. My legs are jelly today. So just a quick 2 on the grass barefoot.
