AM: Last week i kinda had a little bit of a break down. I just wasnt enjoying my running, so i didnt run. But i got to thinking about all of my running history and all the things i love about running, and its inspired a new drive in me to keep up my training. Plus its a new month, lets get at least 200 miles in it!
Just headed out this morning for a 6 easy, its double day. Legs are feeling quite trashed right now from paddleing around in my new float tube up at kolob this weekend. (trust me, its harder than it sounds.)
PM: WOO! :) broke 100 miles in my 5 fingers! Today i headed out after work, did a mile over to the elementary and did about 2.5 on the grass, then ran home. Temps werent too bad today, mid to high 90's |
