Easy 10 mile run this morning. The goal is to get 70 miles this week along with one speed workout.
AM-Long run for 16 miles through the JRP and West Jordan.

Easy 12 miles split up into two runs today. Lots of things to think about while running today.. Especially completing my electronics technician program that I undertook years earlier.
No run. My 50 year old body said to take it easy today for some reason.
