| Easy 10.5 miles this afternoon. I think it was easy.. Ninety three degrees at lunch time.
Taking a look at snow pack levels for the Western United States in this year and previous years. Less and less with exception of increases in some cases. Also precipitation levels for the country in the last century. As a nation, we seem to be having more precipitation overall in the last 100 years. I'm not a climatologist and I can't figure out whats going on. Global warming plus increased population? Perhaps..
What I do know is that without better water management we are going to be in trouble. Especially in the next few years.. If this keeps up I'm not sure if there is going to be enough hydro-electric generation to keep the Pacific Northwest going along with California. Hoover Dam along with others in California seem to be getting to a really critical low level. Important vegetable growing areas like Imperial Valley depend on this water also.

| Easy 6 mile run this today. Catching up on hydration and recovery as most of my workouts are in the early afternoon hours.
Looking at some schematics and wiring issues on a six tube radio project set which need to be fixed. I hate re-wiring.. It needs to be done though as the wiring on this one used rubber wires which crumble if you even look at them.. Being a six tube model it has an RF amplifier section which is really nice. Lots of distant stations received at night:)

| Went for a two mile walk this morning. Looking at the news of Sir Richard Branson and his flight into space. It's really amazing the leaps and strides in technology that have been achieved in the last century. I hope that we have the wisdom to go along with it in a positive way.

| Easy to hard progression run today. Ten miles total with speed pickups in the middle.
Just received a radio recently that had some cabinet damage.. Turning it over to someone who has more experience than I do. Woodworking is my major weakness.. I can restore the electronics on these old radios however the lack of space and knowledge in doing the cabinetry is tough.

| Did an easy 3 mile run today with short speed changes. Staycation and busy with household maintenance chores along with laundry and other cleaning housework. A washer that needed new agitator collar dogs along with a heating element on the dryer. Funny how these things always come at once.. Passed by the speed limit radar sign on the way back home and it read 11 mph. That was encouraging as I really didn't think I was going that fast on the last half mile.
