| Easy 6 miles after work. Working on an old Howard radio which requires a bias cell that is no longer available. Solved that problem with using a low voltage watch battery. I just have to find someone who can do some re-finishing on the cabinet now.

| Went out for a short two mile run with one minute pickups at "perceived" 5k pace. Equal walking to jog rest period. Trying out an experiment by building speed first then slowly adding distance at a more aerobic pace. Sounds crazy I know.. I did this back in 2006 and it worked for me somehow. Then again I had a pretty good aerobic background even with time off from running. Race horses are not always meant to be on the track right?

| Rode the bike to work instead of running. Listening to my Grunow 654 tombstone now, and it's a very good radio especially that it has an RF section. Always amazed how these old radios can pick up stations so far and with such excellent audio quality. Received stations as far away as Nebraska and Washington state at night..
Next up is restoring an RCA bakelite radio from the 1950s.

| Riding the bike to work again and making small changes to my diet. More greens and vegetables with anti inflammatory choices such as salmon etc.. Not willing to run in the air pollution. Nope.

| AM-Easy 10 miles with upper body weight lifting later.
PM-Easy 6 miles with pickups and walk jog cool down after. Way too skinny lately so I'm beefing up my diet calorie wise. Weighed in at 60 kg yesterday. Yikes!
