No run today. Went to the gym and did some weights. I don't want to run in all of this smoke from the wildfires. Probably a good thing as I need to build up some muscle mass. Way too skinny for my height..

No run today. Went and lifted weights at the gym. Just too much smoke in the air.. Working on an old Admiral radio set instead which only needed capacitor replacements along with an out of tolerance resistor. The audio faded after a few minutes of operation. Suspect was the 50l6 audio output tube and fortunately I had a new old stock replacement. Very pleased with this one..

No run today. Im just not willing to do it with all of the smoke from wildfires. You are not just breathing in smoke from wood but also everything else that is in it's path.

On another note.. I'm apalled about how this administration has handled the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
