PM-6 miles this afternoon on 7th/9400s west out/back. 8/min.mile pace. Picked up the last one at 7:05. Broke out the Kinvaras today, it's way overdue on retirement for the old T-7s and the new ones I got I'm going to try and spare for the higher intensity days or races. I really like the Kinvara, it's just that I accidentally ordered them a half size too large and so my foot tends to slap the ground more with them. Annoying.. but I'll get used to it.

| AM-Alternating LT/MP at 9.6-10.7 on the treadmill 1% incl. Felt great cardiovascular wise it was just the old "pain in the butt" (piriformis injury) again. It still lingers in the way of limited range of motion so I cut the workout short and headed for home. Don't want to remake this episode again..
