PM-10 miles with the last 5 miles progressive. 7th/9400s.
PM2-Medium 5 miles steady 7th east out/back.
PM-9 miles with some semi-fartlek for 10-30 seconds at 5k pace. 7th/out/back.
AM-6 miles with 10 x 30 sec bouts of speed at 5k-mile pace intensity.
AM-Easy 40 minutes and change for 5 miles.
AM-15 miles with 10 at MP-LT. Alternating each mile after a 1 min recovery period. 7th/13th east. Moving up to 65-70 mpw next week with 1 LT consisting of 3 x 10 min/2 min recovery and 1 short speed session with 10-30 sec repeats/full jog rest
