Sub 2:40 at Deseret News Marathon. Never quite conquered that beast yet.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a good marathon again in the future.
Personal:
Steady state 10 miles with hills. Another amazing Fall day for a run.
Easy 4.5 miles with some drills to work on stride mechanics.
Easy aerobic 8 mile run down to JRP out and back.
Ten miles with a progression up to LT and back down.
AM-Easy 5 mile jog recovery before work.
PM-Easy 5 miles at work around lunch time.
AM-Easy aerobic 8 miles. Threw in a couple of pickups around 79-80 second/400m pace at the end. Short cool down and stretching after.
PM-Easy 4 miles with a pickup in pace to around 7/min per mile or so. Feels good to run again like I used to..
Easy 6 miles total today. Some head wind along the way but not bad.
